Belal Muhammad will defend the welterweight championship against Jack Della Maddalena in the main event, and women's flyweight champion Valentina Shevchenko will put her title on the line against Manon Fiorot in the co-main event.

Muhammad was supposed to face Shavkat Rakhmonov and Della Maddalena was supposed to face Leon Edwards at UFC London in March. However, Rakhmonov is hurt and they decided to move Della Maddalena into the title fight in May.
