India has shattered England's record for the most Test sixes in a calendar year, with 90 sixes in just 14 innings. Led by Rohit Sharma, India's aggressive batting is rewriting Test cricket's boundaries in 2024.

India have hit a whopping 96 sixes this year, in the eight Tests that they have played. This includes one Test against South Africa, five against England and two against Bangladesh. India have taken the aggressive route in Tests as well.

Rohit's men completed 150 in 18.2 overs, 200 in 24.2 overs and 250 in 30.1 overs - all fastest in Test history. They invited Bangladesh to bat again with 45 minutes left in the day and a lead of 52 runs.

The records for the quickest team fifty, hundred, 200 and 250 all broke in one innings as Indian batters pulverised Bangladesh bowlers on Day 4 of the Kanpur Test.
