KDFW-TV (Channel 4) reported Holland and another woman in a sedan were involved in an altercation with a man in an SUV on the exit ramp near Lancaster Road. Police told the TV station investigators were determining if the shooting was in self-defense.

Police found the victim, 36-year-old Zachary James, shot at the scene. He was transported to a hospital where he died the next day, police said. Dallas police arrested 65-year-old George James and charged him with murder in connection to the shooting, police said.

DALLAS - Dallas police are investigating a deadly shooting at an apartment complex in the Love Field area of Dallas. Officers arrived at the Mall Apartments near the Dallas North Tollway and Cedar Springs just before midnight. The victim was later identified as 20-year-old Daniel Ramos.
