Another front is headed to North Texas bringing a severe weather threat east of the Dallas-Fort Worth area Saturday morning.

Saturday is a FOX 26 Storm Alert Day with severe storms and dense fog expected in Houston. A Dense Fog Advisory is in effect from midnight to 7 AM, with patchy fog and showers early. Severe storms are likely from 11 AM to 4 PM,

In a statement to WFAA, Dusti Groskreutz, the president of Reunion Tower, said the drone company informed Reunion Tower that it will not be able to fly the New Year’s Eve show "out of an abundance of caution following a recent incident as they carefully review their processes for future shows."

A North Texas-based company has informed Reunion Tower that it won't be flying drones during the Dallas New Year's Eve bash, less than a week after some of its drones collided and fell from the sky at a holiday show in Florida.
