Joe Tartamella, of East Rutherford, executive chef of Felina Restaurants, is one of 18 seasoned chefs on Fox's "Hell's Kitchen" this season.

In addition to the Verdict Lounge, the upcoming season of Fox's "Kitchen Nightmares," starring celebrity chef Gordon Ramsay, will be filming at three other New Orleans restaurants.  The city of New Orleans has approved filming permits at Iberville Cuisine,
