Swvl Holdings shares were up after the company said it has entered into a definitive agreement with certain investors to buy $4.7 million in shares in a private placement. The technology company's stock gained 19%, to $5.69, in midday trading Monday. Shares are up more than 500% in the past 12 months.

(NASDAQ: OMCL) ("Omnicell") today announced that it intends to offer, subject to market conditions and other factors, $150.0 million aggregate principal amount of Convertible Senior Notes due 2029 (the "notes") in a private placement (the "offering") to persons reasonably believed to be qualified institutional buyers pursuant to Rule 144A under the Securities Act of 1933,

All securities issued pursuant to the Offering will be subject to a hold period expiring four months and one day from the date of issuance in accordance with applicable securities laws. The closing of the Offering is subject to the receipt of all necessary regulatory approvals, including the approval of the Canadian Securities Exchange.
