Ahead of the Buffaloes’ Saturday game against UCF, Hunter wore a shirt that read “Bland” on it, pretty evidently in response to Sherman saying on the St. Brown Podcast that Hunter was “kind of bland” as a wide receiver.

“As a receiver, I just think he’s kinda bland,” Sherman, the former star NFL cornerback, said on Lions wide receiver Amon-Ra St. Brown’s podcast. St. Brown had asked Sherman if he thinks Hunter can play both receiver and cornerback in the NFL.
