Season two will not be the last of The Last of Us.

The creators of the post-apocalyptic drama have previously teased the need to to expand the series into a third and possibly a fourth season.

HBO has picked up The Last of Us for a third season. The announcement comes ahead of the anticipated Season 2 debut on April 13. Deadline understands that a decision has not been made yet whether Season 3 will be the series’ last.
