Security at the Super Bowl is always tight. It’s going to be even tighter in New Orleans this year in response to the terror attack on Bourbon Street — and ahead of President Trump’s expected attendance.

Federal law enforcement agencies are rolling out one of the most extensive Super Bowl security operations in recent history, following the deadly New Year’s Day terrorist attack in New Orleans.

Super Bowl LIX security will have 2,000 law enforcement officers on duty, along with 200 state troopers and 350 national guard troops, to patrolling the area.
