Foes of apparent plans for an immigrant detention facility in Salt Lake City gathered again to protest Tuesday amid talk that the plans are edging forward.
Two people detained at the South Texas Family Residential Center have "active measles infections," DHS spokesperson Tricia McLaughlin told USA TODAY.
The mayor said that when the city does receive new information, the citizens will be the first to know.
