Two Powerball tickets sold in California won $27,402 each, but just missed the $88 million jackpot, lottery officials say. The tickets matched four of five winning numbers and the Powerball in the drawing Saturday, Feb. 1, the California Lottery said. A player in Florida won $1 million.
