Q: When we bought our home, our home inspector said the water heater was OK. But when we moved in, the hot water was orange at all of the faucets. So we called a service company.
The home inspector didn't disclose this problem, but the sellers could have run the water before the inspection, flushing the rusty water from the lines. Who knows?
