The restaurant passed a pre-opening inspection, according to the Tacoma-Pierce County Health Department. Multiple people in a group, but from different households, ate at Harvest Buffet on Oct. 6.

The Tacoma-Pierce County Health Department on Monday said that Harvest Buffet, 3121 S. 38th St., reopened Saturday (Oct. 12), after the site was cleaned and sanitized.
