Alexander Isak has poured "flames onto the fire" of his ongoing transfer feud at Newcastle United following his public statement on Wednesday, says Alan Shearer.

There can be no more claim or counter-claim about what Alexander Isak might be thinking and it blows apart Newcastle United’s policy of containment this summer.

Newcastle have already rejected a bid from Liverpool in the region of £110million and are demanding a far higher fee.
