Roofing materials distributor Beacon Roofing Supply (NASDAQ:BECN) will be reporting earnings tomorrow before market open. Here’s what to look for.

QXO Inc. (NYSE:QXO) extended a tender offer to acquire Beacon Roofing Supply (NASDAQ:BECN) for $124.25 a share. The tender offer was extended until March 3 after it expired on Monday, according to a statement on Tuesday.

Both companies also acknowledged how many Beacon shares have been tendered as of Feb. 24 and gave opposing views on what it says about the offer.
