Sean “Diddy” Combs was denied bail on Wednesday after the jury in his federal sex trafficking trial returned its verdict, convicting him on two lesser charges of transportation to engage in prostitution but clearing the hip-hop mogul of the most serious charges.

“Diddy beat the Feds that boy a bad man!” the rapper 50 Cent wrote on Instagram. 50 Cent has been a vocal critic of Combs, whom he has long beefed with — going back to his Diddy diss track “The Bomb,” released in 2006. He expects to release a docuseries on Netflix about the allegations against Combs.

Jurors in Diddy's sex trafficking and racketeering case reached a verdict 14 hours after seven weeks of trial testimony. If convicted, the "Last Night" rapper could face life in prison.
