A federal judge in Texas has dismissed a petition filed by the family of the deadly Colorado firebombing attack suspect requesting to be released from Immigration and Customs Enforcement custody.

A federal judge has dismissed the deportation hold on the family of the suspect in an attack on pro-Israel demonstrators in Boulder.

Soliman, a 45-year-old Egyptian national illegally in the country, wounded Diamond and 14 others on June 1 at what authorities say was a terrorist attack at a pro-Israel demonstration in Boulder, Colorado. Diamond died from her injuries on June 25.
