In an online post from Matt Kaufman, Roblox's Chief Safety Officer, Roblox has explained what it's calling an "ambitious plan" to include age estimation technology in the near future.

The new system, combined with verified IDs and parental consent, "will provide a more accurate measure of a user's age" than what's available now.
