Texas measles outbreak 2025: Dozens of new cases confirmed in West Texas
Nearly 200 cases of measles have been confirmed in West Texas in a little over a month, according to the Texas Department of State Health Services. 39 additional cases since the previous official DSHS update on Tuesday. Almost all of the new cases are in Gaines County, about 80 miles southwest of Lubbock.
