A Learjet 55 medical aircraft went down at approximately 6:30 p.m. in Northeast Philadelphia off the busy Roosevelt Boulevard, lighting up the rainy night sky with a fireball explosion upon impact.
The Learjet, carrying a pediatric patient and five others, crashed on Friday, killing all on board. On the ground, one person was killed and at least 19 others were injured, officials said.
