J.Lo, also known as Jennifer Lopez, has debuted new music following her split last year from Ben Affleck, whom she had got back together with after dating in the early 2000s

Lopez and Affleck bought the home in May of 2023, less than a year after tying the knot. The “Jenny From the Block” singer and the “Fargo” star paid $60.85 million for the 5-acre property, which resides in the gated Beverly Hills community of Wallingford Estates.

Former couple Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck first publicly listed their marital home for sale in July 2024 for $68 million amid their split before slashing the price to $59.5 in May 2025. Lopez offic
