Legendary investor Warren Buffett is stepping down at the end of the year, after leading the company for decades.

Warren Buffett recently donated $6 billion worth of his company's stock to five philanthropic foundations, his biggest annual donation in nearly 20 years, according to Forbes. Since 2006, when Buffett committed to gradually giving away all of his Berkshire Hathaway stock,

Buffett converted 8,239 class A shares of Berkshire Hathaway into 12.35 million class B shares out of which, 9.4 million were given away to the Gates Foundation while the remaining were donated to family foundations.
