The Colorado State Patrol (CSP) is advising drivers across Colorado to be informed and plan routes due to a series of road closures across the state. According to the Colorado Department of Transportation (CDOT),

According to the Colorado Department of Transportation, the following roads were closed for crashes or snow-related “safety concerns” as of 10:25 a.m. Wednesday: Westbound I-70 between Exit 260 for C-470 and Exit 259 for Morrison Road near Golden;

Interstate 70 closed Friday from east of Aurora to Burlington. Up to a foot and a half of wet snow and winds are expected in eastern Colorado.
