Fans of FromSoftware's Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice are in for a treat, as an official anime adaptation of the 2019 game is in the works. Announced during Gamescom 2025 and produced by ARCH, Sekiro: No Defeat will directly adapt the story from the game with fully hand-drawn art. The anime series will be streamed exclusively on Crunchyroll.

The main highlight of Gamescom 2025 is the Gamescom Opening Night Live showcase on Tuesday, August 19th, which is set to bring us around two hours' worth of reveals, including for some of the biggest upcoming Xbox releases.
As seen in the reveal trailer, Denshattack features all of the trademark gameplay you'd come to expect from a title like Tony Hawk, with a splash of the 3D Sonic games thanks to lead composer Tee Lopes ( Sonic Mania, Sonic Frontiers, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Shredder's Revenge ).
