The newest member of the Supreme Court addressed what she described as the "elephant in the room" during a judicial conference in Puerto Rico.

Supreme Court Justice Ketanji Brown Jackson on Thursday strongly criticized President Donald Trump — without naming him — for his attacks on judges, arguing that the rhetoric of the president and his allies threatens democracy,

Jackson, the newest member of the Supreme Court, referred to Trump's threats directed at judges as "attacks on our democracy."
