Austin Hays singled in TJ Friedl in the bottom of the 10th inning as the host Cincinnati Reds snapped the Milwaukee Brewers' franchise single-season record 14-game win streak with a 3-2 victory on Sunday.

Saturday night, the Reds had the winning run in scoring position with just one out in the bottom of the 10th. Elly De La Cruz struck out with runners on first and second and two outs to end the inning, and the Brewers took a 6-3 lead in the top of the 11th on a pinch-hit three-run home run by Andruw Monasterio.

The Brewers clinched a 13th consecutive winning series against the Cincinnati Reds who haven't won a series in the rivalry since August 2022.

Andruw Monasterio hit a three-run home run in the 11th inning and the Milwaukee Brewers won their franchise-record 14th game in a row 6-5 win over the Cincinnati Reds on Saturday night.

During the Brewers series, Milwaukee manager Pat Murphy had high praise for Hayes.
