GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. (WOOD) — An Ohio man became $150,000 richer after winning the Michigan Lottery. On July 22, 68-year-old Donovan Reynolds of Ohio made his way to Michigan and decided to buy a Powerball ticket at Big Daddy’s Truck Stop on Saint Anthony Road in Ottawa Lake, about 40 miles south of Ann Arbor.
The Powerball jackpot has hit the high-water mark of $605 million, attracting players for the highly anticipated drawing on Monday, Aug. 18 at 11 p.m. ET. The grand prize, though sizeable, still has a way to go before it can rank among the top ten Powerball jackpots.
