On Monday at 11:49 p.m. EDT the National Weather Service issued an updated flood advisory in effect until Tuesday at 1 a.m.

A portion of Orion Road at Dutton Road is open again after it buckled last month, following historic rainfall.

As of 5:30 a.m., some streets were still flooded, leaving cars stranded, especially in parts to the southwest and southeast.
