The National Hockey League has announced that the creator of the smash hit "A Bar Song (Tipsy)," Shaboozey will perform outside of the Delta Center ahead of the Utah Hockey Club's first regular season game.

The ESPN broadcast will feature portions of Shaboozey’s concert in its season-opening coverage, beginning with the 2:30 p.m. game between the St. Louis Blues and the Seattle Kraken. Ferraro will call both games, flying from Seattle to Salt Lake City in between.

Country music superstar to perform outside Delta Center on Oct. 8

The country music superstar will headline the club's opening night celebration starting at 2pm on October 8 at Delta Center's plaza.

The concert will begin at 5:30 p.m. MT, prior to the Delta Center doors opening to ticketed guests at 6:30 p.m. MT for the game. Shaboozey’s performance will be part of the Utah Hockey Club’s inaugural game celebration,
