Dallas has requested to interview Seattle assistant head coach Leslie Frazier for its head coaching vacancy, a person with knowledge of the decision told The Dallas Morning News. Frazier would be the second known name in the Cowboys’ search, joining former New York Jets head coach Robert Saleh.

Interestingly enough, Moore would not be the first Latter-day Saint head coach for the Cowboys. Dave Campo coached in Dallas from 2000-02, after converting to the faith during his stint at Weber State in the 1980s. Moore’s Eagles are currently in the divisional round of the NFC playoffs and will host Puka Nacua’s Los Angeles Rams Sunday afternoon.

The Dallas Cowboys have a vacancy at head coach after parting ways with Mike McCarthy on Monday, and people are anxiously waiting to see which direction so-called "America's Team" goes for the high-profile job.
