Jack Draper will face Carlos Alcaraz in the Italian Open quarter-finals after coming from behind to beat Corentin Moutet 1-6, 6-4, 6-3 in Rome. The British No1 was slow to get into his rhythm in the first set, which he lost handily, but came back with gritty wins in the remaining pair as he improved on an already impressive clay season.

Jack Draper had to dig deep to beat Corentin Moutet in three sets to reach the quarter-finals of the Italian Open. For the first time in the British star’s career, he will be playing in the quarter-finals of a back-to-back clay Masters 1000 tournament after achieving the same in Madrid two weeks ago.
