Colorado’s 5th measles case confirmed in Denver; people may have been exposed at Lakewood urgent care
The adult patient — Colorado’s fifth confirmed measles case this year — visited the Kaiser urgent care clinic at 8383 W. Alameda Ave. People who spent time in the clinic between 10:30 a.m. and 1 p.m. Saturday could have encountered the virus.
Colorado confirms its 5th measles case, this time a vaccinated adult in Denver County
Colorado recorded its first case of 2025 in an adult in Pueblo County on March 31. A second case was confirmed in Denver in an infant about a week later. Both were unvaccinated. The third case was in Archuleta County, in south-central Colorado, in an adult with an unknown vaccination history.
On Friday, the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment confirmed a fifth case of measles this year in Colorado.
