Deputies shot and killed a man early Saturday after finding him stabbing a relative with a sword; both later died.

Once inside, the deputy witnessed a man actively stabbing another man with a sword. After the man refused to comply with the deputy's verbal demands to stop, the deputy shot the suspect.
