The Toledo-Lucas County Health Department said there has not been a human case of West Nile virus in the county in two years.

Each summer and fall, Nebraskans become all too familiar with pesky mosquitoes. A bite from one of these pests can result not only in an annoying itch but also in potential exposure to the West Nile Virus.
