Luxembourg, 1 February 2016 – Dywidag Systems (“DSI”), a Triton Fund III portfolio company, has signed an agreement to acquire 100% of Jennmar businesses in Australia, Europe in Latin America. DSI will also acquire a 50% of Jennmar China, and operate the company as a Joint Venture with Jennmar.
