I’ve known for a while that my ankles have been holding me back. My peroneal tendons, and sometimes Achilles tend to get pissed off, and long term I feel like this has led to me running on flat tires. At the end of last season, I couldn’t even do a SL calf raise because my right ankle was too painful.
