It always surprises me is how simple it is to make so many things that I only ever thought could be bought from the store! For a good chunk of my life, I ate those little store bought yogurt cups everyday for breakfast. I wish I had known how easy it was to make myself! It’s also less expensive, less waste, and more nourishing. Doctor it up with fresh fruit or a fruit purée. Add a bit of honey or maple syrup if desired. And skip all the added sugars and other additives in the store bought stuff!
