While this video didn’t turn out well for its intended purpose- showing how Gussie’s cystostomy port works for his bladder aspirations- it does show how comfortable he’s gotten with the process! . While we still prefer doing his twice daily aspirations with two people, that isn’t always possible. I developed this one-person technique a while ago and have been getting additional practice with it lately. While Gus used to wiggle quite a bit when doing it this way, he’s getting much more used to it
