After 70 years, the Miami Seaquarium is closing — and many of its longtime residents may be at risk. Valerie Warren, who worked there for 10 years as a trainer and assistant supervisor, is calling for the Seaquarium to be transformed into a sanctuary — a place where the animals can live out their remaining years in peace. She’s fighting to stop their forced relocation, warning that many are geriatric and that the stress of transport could be deadly. She warns that on Friday, October 17, a bankru
