MEANWHILE IN NORTH LOUISIANA: Total gridlock on stretches of I-20 from Minden to Monroe, LA. The interstate is iced over, people have been stuck in traffic for 12-17 hours, I’ve seen. And parallel highways are backed up as well. There are very few DOT cameras along I-20 in north Louisiana - which these days is a crying shame - and most aren’t working. I only found this camera in Monroe, LA near the far east end of all the backup where traffic is crawling. | Doug Warner
