California lilac, or ceanothus, was all over the northern part of San Diego County last year! This was filmed on 03/22/24. I asked ChatGPT if it’s going to bloom again this year, even though we got less rain. It replied that it should bloom since ceanothus isn’t as rain-dependent as some other flowers 😄 So, I’m excited!
