I hope you’re well so fresh British figs are really good right now and I thought it might be a nice excuse to get everyone to share their favourite ways of enjoying this incredible fruit. There great in sweet or savoury recipes for breakfast, brunch, lunch, dinner, pickles, preserves, you name it figs are amazing. then next week I’ll gather some of my most favourite fig inspired recipes and share them with you all ….so to get you all started I love the Harmony and balance of fragrant sweet figs

Stuffed Figs Recipe INGREDIENTS - 8 fresh figs - Gorgonzola cheese - Cherry Pie Filling/Topping (if you want a more “elevated” app, use cherry preserves) 🍒 INSTRUCTIONS 1. Cut figs in half lengthwise. 2. Add 1/2 teaspoon Gorgonzola to the cut side of each fig. 3. Bake figs at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 5 minutes or until cheese melts. 4.
